dreamsSolihullextCoNational beds retailer Dreams is on track to double profits in 2015 with sales continuing to trend upwards in the first four months of the year.

CEO Mike Logue told the Furnishing Report that same-store delivered turnover had risen 15 per cent in the first three months of the year, against strong comparatives last year.

“It’s been double-digit growth on top of double-digit growth,” he said, in a wide-ranging interview to be published in full on the weekend.

April like-for-likes had continued in similar vein, he said, rising 10 per cent on top of sales already 16 per cent higher in 2014.

He added that the 158-store retailer was on track to double profits at the EBITDA line to around £14m in 2015, with “every store in the estate now four-wall profitable.”

The full interview with Mike Logue will be published in the days ahead.
