Nottinghamshire furniture manufacturer Whitemeadow has achieved Investors In People status, having met the requirement criteria and successfully passed an assessment for the people management standard.

"Recognised the world over, the Investors in People accreditation simply demonstrates a clear commitment to the people who make up our organisation, we quite rightly feel extremely proud of our achievement," said head of group human resources Karen Clarridge.

The award is valid for three years with Whitemeadow to be re-assessed at yearly intervals.
