CONTRACT furniture supplier Rosehill has been sold to new owners in a deal brokered by administrator RSM Restructuring Advisory.

Through newco Rosehill FF&E Limited, the business has been acquired by Davic Properties Limited, in turn owned by entrepreneurs David Blyth and Victor Parr.

Terms for the deal—which saves 22 jobs and provides continuity for the 30-year-old Wilmslow, Cheshire furniture supplier—were not immediately disclosed.

Chris Ratten and Jeremy Woodside of RSM were appointed joint administrators on April 28 of Rosehill Project Management Limited, part of the Rosehill Holdings group owned by Paul Gande and Mark McKenzie.

Rosehill provides furniture for the student accommodation, residential, hotel and community sectors.
