1. Subscription

You may access areas of The Furnishing Report that require registration by becoming a registered subscriber and creating an account with us. You agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords or other account identifiers which you choose and all activities that occur under your account.

By subscribing to The Furnishing Report, you agree that:

(i) your account and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access The Furnishing Report;

(ii) you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration area of The Furnishing Report; and

(iii) you will not create registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor will you seek to pass yourself off as another user.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware any unauthorised use of your password or account identifiers by others.

2. Termination of subscription

If you no longer wish to have a subscription, you may terminate your account by sending an email to us requesting its cancellation. To cancel your subscription you must email us at the above email address. You may cancel your subscription or registration at any time and no further payments will be taken. If you have signed up for an annual subscription, your account will not automatically renew and no recurring payments will be attempted. However, your subscription payment will renew automatically, either monthly or quarterly, if you choose one of those two options during the signup process. We accept payments through Stripe. 

Under English law you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of its commencement. If this right is exercised the subscription fee paid will be refunded, unless our system shows your account has been accessed, in which case no refunds will be made.
